The Tu Hogar Renace program (Your Home Reborn) allows an eligible homeowner’s primary residence to be repaired to a safe, habitable, and functional condition. This includes repairs of roof leaks, replacement of damaged windows and doors, repairs to damaged walls, and water heaters.
