Whether it be our Residential Division that builds a custom home from start to finish in under 4 months, our Luxury Home Division that constructs high-end ICF homes in Puerto Rico, or our Emergency Management division leading all programs in volume and pass rate: CF Breeze has the experience, qualifications, and resources to manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously across several locations.  

CF Breeze began in late 2017 from the inception of CF Breeze Management, LLC out of Covington, LA. Starting as a family owned and operated small business, the CF brand quickly emerged. CF Breeze holds multiple Contractor licenses across numerous States and Territories, and has offices in Louisiana, Florida, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.  

The company found immediate success while participating as a licensed HVAC subcontractor on the Restore Louisiana (RELA) project beginning in 2018. CF Breeze Management, LLC has been participating as the premier HVAC contractor for the RELA project for over 5 years. Only 2 months after beginning RELA, the company expanded its Disaster Relief Division by participating in the PREPS and DAHLR programs for the State of Texas that was devastated by Hurricane Harvey in 2018. Months later, ownership and the core management group moved to Puerto Rico to assist in helping restore the island from the devastation created by Hurricanes Maria & Irma.

Shortly after arriving in Puerto Rico, CF Breeze Recovery, LLC (CFBR) was formed, and it participated in the Tu Hogar Renace program restoring nearly 1,700 homes. CFBR also started exporting services to North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Colorado, and the USVI. CFBR’s Caribbean Headquarters is located in Dorado, PR.  CFBR rapidly became a qualified and reliable developer, contractor, and construction management firm in Puerto Rico. CFBR has expanded with divisions in Luxury Home building, Commercial Construction, Multi-family Developments, Demolition, and Solar. CFBR’s Solar Division participated in 2019 as a solar and electrical subcontractor under PosiGen at the Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado-all work done by our Puerto Rican labor force that was responsible for the successful Tu Hogar Renace program.

In 2020, CF Breeze made two key personnel acquisitions by adding the experience of Colonel Pat Santos and Colonel Mark Riley to the team as executive board members. Mr. Santos serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer while Mr. Riley serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Legal. Both men were long time members of the military, with Col. Santos retiring after serving 25 years with the LA National Guard, and Col. Riley retiring with 32 years of experience with the US Marine Corps. The pair have each led disaster response and recovery programs through the Louisiana Office of Homeland Security  and Emergency Preparedness. 

Today, the CF Breeze provides Management and Disaster Solutions across the entire United States and US Territories.   CF joined forces with Ceteris Engineering out of Marianna, FL to form the Ceteris/CF Breeze JV which is a certified 8(a) small business concern.   In 2022, CF expanded its capabilities to add Grant Writing and Grant Management services to Public and Private clients by way of its newest JV:  JHS/CF JV.
