President – Caribbean Division
Pablo Frese has served as the Senior Construction Manager, Director of the Caribbean Operations, and is currently the President of Caribbean Operations for CF Breeze Recovery. Born and raised in Puerto Rican, Pablo has proven himself an effective manager of large volume construction projects and personnel oversight. Project management, customer and public relations, training, team building, and leadership supervision of staff are considerable strengths in Pablo’s extensive background and experience. In addition to his background in construction, he also has over twenty years of experience in hotel operations, training, and management of staff. Pablo, an excellent communicator, is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
