About Us

CF Breeze Management, LLC (CFBM) is a Louisiana based construction and disaster recovery company performing work throughout the continental US and the Caribbean. CFBM has performed work in Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We are currently seeking experienced Florida sub-contractors and suppliers for the new construction of hundreds of homes across Florida over the next 2 years.

The Work

The new construction work is being performed due to the destruction from Hurricane Ida. The work will be done in the following Florida counties:

Miami/ Dade County
Lee County
Broward County
Palm Beach County
Polk County
Brevard County
Orange County

This is a excellent opportunity for consistent work over the next 2 years or more. We are anticipating completing 100 to 150 houses per year. CFBM will be paying subcontractors 2 weeks (after an invoice is approved).

Notice: Our company has been fortunate to establish many professional relationships with subcontractors and suppliers over the years and we are currently adding to our roster for for future work. When selecting subcontractors or suppliers experience, professionalism, and of course pricing are all factors.
