Sandy has a track record of delivering HR services to large groups of disaster recovery workers. For example, after Katrina, she established over 700 workers for the Louisiana Road Home Project, the largest federal grant assisting victims of Hurricane Katrina. She has led HR for Supervisor classes which trained both professionals and craft personnel. Throughout all her work, Sandy has ensured optimal accuracy of criminal, drug and other background information as contractually required by government projects. Her skills and experience include training others, interviewing for the right people for the right job and retaining them, conflict resolution, discrimination and harassment interventions, employee relations and performance management.
