Who We Are
As Puerto Rico based and Louisiana based companies CF Breeze Recovery, LLC (PR) and CF Breeze Management, LLC (LA) team members have lived through many notable storms including Hurricanes Maria, Irma, Katrina, Ida, Laura, and now Fiona. As your neighbors we understand how challenging this time can be. We want you to know we are here for you. CF Breeze offers many unique services to protect your home and maximize your claim! From mitigation of further damage (shrink wrap) to restoration, we stand ready to protect your home and belongings!
What Makes Us Unique
- We have an insurance adjuster and a public adjuster and their sole job is to maximize your claim
- We are experts in Xactimate (the same software the adjusters use) so we can be sure nothing is missed
- We are experienced professional contractors, this means the insurance company can’t give us the runaround
- We can get you more money for your claim than you will alone.

Step 1: Mitigation (Shrink Wrap)
Mitigation of further damage (aka the temporary fix) is the most important step you can take post-disaster. The longer your house sits exposed to the Louisiana elements the more damage is being done to your home and lifetime of belongings. We use a high quality 10 ml 100% virgin resin shrink wrap with maximum UV inhibitors. This material is much more effective than blue tarp. For comparison shrink wrap lasts 6 months to 1 year while blue tarp only lasts about 45 days. That’s a big difference isn’t it? It won’t take us anywhere near that long to shingle your roof but in the meantime your home is very well protected. Shrink wrap falls under the mitigation clause in your insurance so there is no deductible so there is no risk for you! Even better, we will give you a $1,000 credit towards your shingles that can go towards your deductible on the permanent fix. Shrink wrap to protect your home now with no money out of pocket and take your time choosing the right color shingles.
Step 2: Restoration
Restoration is the second step after mitigation has been completed. At this stage the shrink wrap is removed and replaced with the final material needed to fully restore your roof. This can vary depending on what type of roof you have.
STATESIDE RESIDENTS (ONLY):
For stateside residents the restoration phase usually entails shingles being installed. Once you’ve made your color selection we would soon thereafter install the shingles on your home. It’s important to understand that even prior to the hurricane there was a shingle shortage due to COVID and Hurricane Laura in Lake Charles. As you can imagine that delay has grown exponentially after all the damage Hurricane Ida caused. The good news is we offer 2 types of quality shingles both of which we are able to install quickly. The first is our standard quality shingle and the second is our premium quality shingle. Both are available in multiple colors. Often we can begin installation as soon as 7 days after your selection is made.
